Global Edge 360 FAQ's

We ship five times per week from the United States and three times per week from China to Jamaica.
Yes. We provide both air and sea shipping options depending on your timeline and cargo requirements.
Absolutely. Our freight forwarding division manages full-container loads, consolidated cargo, and other large-scale shipments for businesses of all sizes.

Once your package is received, we provide tracking information that allows you to monitor every step of the journey.

We handle most general cargo. Restricted or prohibited items must comply with Jamaican customs regulations.

After your package arrives, a storage fee of JMD $50 per day will apply after 7 days. Items left unclaimed for 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of according to company policy

Yes. Once you register with us, you’ll receive your unique U.S. and China shipping addresses. You can enter these addresses when shopping online, and your packages will be forwarded directly to Jamaica through our scheduled shipments.

Customs clearance times vary depending on the shipment type, value, and completeness of documentation. In most cases, clearance can be completed within 1 to 3 business days once the shipment arrives and all documents are in order.
